Booking conditions

If you pay the deposit, this means that you accept the following conditions for booking your stay:
1. You can cancel the reservation 30 days before the start date of your stay, in which case you get a full refund of the deposit.
2. If you cancel the reservation after the deadline specified in Clause 1, you lose the entire deposit and your reservation is released or the deposit is kept for your next stay in Kłodzko Health Resorts (Uzdrowiska Kłodzkie S.A. – PGU GROUP), provided that the date of the next stay must be set no later than 60 days after the cancellation of the original reservation. If you cancel another reservation after rescheduling the original reservation, you lose the deposit regardless of when your stay was cancelled.
3. The deposit is credited towards the fees for the stay in Kłodzko Health Resorts (Uzdrowiska Kłodzkie S.A. – PGU Group). Other payments in connection with the stay must be made on the day of arrival during check-in, in accordance with the conditions specified in the booking confirmation.
4. Arriving late and leaving before the end date of your stay does not give you a right to claim a refund of the amount paid in for the unused days of the stay in Kłodzko Health Resorts (Uzdrowiska Kłodzkie S.A. – PGU Group).
5. If you fail to confirm the cancellation of the reservation in writing and you do not come to the facility, you lose the deposit without the possibility to use it towards the reservation on another date.
6. You shall bear the costs of bank commissions and fees charged on the deposit paid; in the case of a cross-border transfer, the costs of the foreign bank and the costs of the Uzdrowiska Kłodzkie S.A. – PGU Group bank are covered by the party ordering the transfer (OUR cost clause).
7. Before the start of your stay in the sanatorium of Kłodzko Health Resorts (Uzdrowiska Kłodzkie S.A. – PGU Group), you shall familiarize yourself with the internal regulations of the sanatorium and to comply with them throughout the stay.
8. In addition, you are required to pay the so-called spa fee, the amount of which is set according to the current resolution of the city council, per each day of stay, payable on the day of arrival during check-in.
9. There is an additional parking fee not included in the price of your stay. Advance parking space reservations apply.

SALES RULES:

a) The main sale is carried out in the form of weekly packages (7, 14, 21 days)
b) If you purchase a package, cancellation of part of it does not constitute grounds for a reduction in its price. A shortened stay is considered a cancellation and you are still required to pay the bill for the entire declared length of stay. If you purchase a package, once you are accommodated in the facility, it is not possible to change to another type of stay. The package offer does not combine with other discounts or the “Blue Card” discount.
c) An exception to the above rule is sales under the LAST-MINUTE offer and under other special offers.
d) Your stay begins with a dinner on the day of arrival (3:00 p.m.) and ends with a breakfast on the day of departure (11:00 a.m.). If you fail to check out within the specified hours, this will result in the start of the next hotel day and the related charges will apply.
(e) Kłodzko Health Resorts (Uzdrowiska Kłodzkie S.A. – PGU Group) reserves the right to change prices and apply a separate price list for holidays, vacation periods and long weekends.

10. On the day of the start of your stay, please report directly to the facility where the reservation was made.
11. If you make a reservation, this means you accept the booking conditions (terms and conditions).

• Personal data may be transferred only to entities that cooperate with the Company or their subcontractors on the basis of the concluded cooperation agreement, including the agreement on entrustment of personal data processing, and to entities entitled to obtain data under applicable law;
• Personal data will be kept for the period necessary for the purpose of processing or the period required by law;
• In connection with data processing, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to processing, restrict processing, the right to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
